The location was peaceful.

Not sure about the glass door to the bathroom. My daughter and I would have liked a little more privacy!

Exceptional

A perfect place to stay, to relaxa and to visit all. It s near The port, is close to the seafront which should not be missed, after the old center it is the most spectacular in Dubrovnik, especially at sunset. The apartament has everything you need, maybe beautiful that The pictures shows. It has one of The confortble bed, smart TV, quaiet place, big private terase with jacuzzi. For sure its a perfect place nor a nice vacantion. Very friendly host, we even check în earlier. Supermarket close, restaurant with nice view.

We like all, we enjoy everything there

Designer suites next to a yacht club! :)))

Amazing location close to the city center and the beaches as well. The suite had a very modern and luxurious decoration and furniture, very spacious, and a lovely garden with a hot tub!:))) Its located in a new villa above a yacht club named Orsan with lots of greenery and a peaceful surrounding. Would come again!

We wanted to rent a boat in the nearby yacht club but there were none available :(

Luxurious and large apartment with amazing location !!

The apartment was brand new, located in a contemporary urban villa, had a very cute garden with lots of privacy and an amazing outdoor hot tub. The sea was only a 2 minute walk away with a seaside promenade leading to the city center in a 15 minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable with even two large bathrooms with showers. There was a nice receptionist who welcomed us with keys and explained us everything about the neighbourhood. Handy garage in the basement with direct elevator access to the apartment. Thumbs up!

The beach (Copacabana) was really super close but the weather was too cold to have a swimm :(

Disappointing

Location, close to a shopping centre and a few restaurants, cheap Ubers or a walk to any tourist attractions.

Apartment smells like mould, all finishes by trades are well below standard, mouldy underneath the sink where the dishwasher drain comes through, the door for the cupboard below the dish washer was not secure, screw had come out of the chip board due to mould. The washing machine was the main reason we booked the accomodation and it was not working, tripped the power out the first time we tried it and could only wash a shirt and a pair of shorts at one time as the motor needs replacing. (Technicians came out and tried it unloaded and said it was fine.) couch had stains on it, quite dirty and untidy everything seemed as if it wasn’t secured properly, switch covers falling off when pressed etc. the spa outside is nice as is the outside area, however there are lots of bugs outside and inside the apartment. Looks very good from the photos but I really do not feel as if it was worth the money we paid, host was great when we were greeted and he was very polite however on booking.com it says you can pay cash or card and were told at the apartment we could only pay cash and lost money due to cash exchange. Dubrovnik overall was great but our accommodation put a very dim light on it.
